While on a trip to Japan, we found ourselves on a mountain in freezing cold conditions. With no way out and the odds stacked against us, we relied on each other to survive. There was no complaining, no blame—just relentless effort and determination to overcome the impossible.

It was in those moments, as we fought to survive, that we realized something profound: Together, we were stronger. As individuals, we’d achieved success—but as a team, we could accomplish the extraordinary.
